Easter camp 2024 parent survey results are in!

We had an amazing time at our Easter camps in 2024. We were pleased to see so many children join us for the school holidays.

That's a lot of fun and memories made throughout the 2 weeks.

We genuinely care about your experience at Barracudas. We have high standards and we aim to exceed your expectations every season. This is why we send a survey out to our bookers after each camp ends, so we know that we're hitting the mark and are able to make any improvements as we continue to grow.

Over 700 bookers completed our Easter camp survey. The results are now in and we're pleased to share these with you here.

First impressions count. It sets the scene for what you can expect at camp. As our camps are only for children, our welcoming, professional and vibrant registration helps parents to gain an insight into the great environment their children will be enjoying when they’re with us. 98% of our survey respondents had a excellent or good first impression of Barracudas this Easter. 

Contactless check-In

In a world increasingly valuing convenience and safety, our commitment to a seamless and contactless check-in process received positive feedback. Parents appreciated the efficiency and ease of the check-in system, with 98% of parents happy to have a stress-free start to their child's camp adventure.

Activities rating

Barracudas offers an unrivalled number of activities to suit every interest. With a choice for every session, children also get to be master of their own day! Based on our ACTIVE motto, we offer a varied and balanced timetable. So, whether they’re a creative spirit, sports lover or social butterfly, there’ll always be something they’ll love to do at camp. 97% of parents thought our activities were top notch!

Quality staff

A big part of the camp experience is the relationship our children and parents build up with our staff. We have a thorough recruitment process, with all staff requiring an enhanced DBS check and completion of our assessment programme. 97% of our Easter survey respondents rated our staff either excellent or good.

Likely to book again 

We value customer loyalty. It’s important to us that our bookers have a great experience. This is affirmation that we’re delivering amazing experiences and meeting expectations. We couldn’t be happier that 99% of our Easter bookers are likely to book with us again.

It’s our mission to give every child such an amazing experience they can’t wait to come back! We were delighted that 99% of our Easter bookers said they were happy with their overall experience at Barracudas.
