Flex Booking option
We understand that parents' schedules can be unpredictable, which is why we offer a Flex booking option. For just £4 per day, our Flex option means you can amend your booking right up to the last working day before your child is due to attend in any given week. Plus, Flex allows for amendments or a refund to be made if your child is ill and cannot attend.
Flexible dates
It makes sense to get in early at Barracudas to benefit from great rates and know you’ve got summer activities for your children covered. We know that your plans might not be set in stone just yet and that things can change with children so we'll happily change your dates up to 14 days before they start camp. As long as we still have availability on the alternative *days/weeks, we'll happily swap your dates.
This means that you won't miss out financially if things change. If there is a difference in price from the original day booked and the current rate for the new day/s at the time of moving the booking, you'll just need to top up the difference.
