As a 1:1 support your role is to fundamentally support and help the child in your care with their day-to-day goings on camp. This will involve taking part in the activities, assisting the child throughout the day whilst maintaining their enjoyment & welfare. We look for staff with experience within SEND to be able to fulfil this role.

As an Arts & Crafts Instructor, you will be leading creative sessions and using the materials and equipment we provide to you to run exciting activities on camp. You will be offering Arts & Crafts sessions to all ages of children on camp so you need to ensure the activities are age appropriate and engaging.
As a Creative Instructor you will be working with a wide range of ages and delivering a mixture of Arts & Crafts and Dance & Drama sessions on camp. As you'll be offering these sessions to all ages of children on camp, you'll have to be very enthusiastic and ensure that your sessions are engaging.

If you have a keen interest in the field of performing arts then the Dance & Drama Instructor role is the one for you. We look for staff who are enthusiastic and can provide creative dance and drama sessions to all ages on camp. At some of our camps there will also be the chance to put on a talent show every Friday which you will help organise and lead.

Our Fencing+ Instructors on camp complete a British Fencing affiliated coaching qualification that is valid for 3 years, so this is a great role for someone looking to expand on their skills and perhaps try something new. You will be encouraging children to take part and learn the basics of fencing in a safe environment whilst having fun in addition to leading our teambuilding sessions on camp.

At all of our camps that have a swimming pool we look for qualified lifeguards so the children can enjoy their swimming sessions whilst being supervised by a trained member of staff. Lifeguards must have full understanding of Barracudas NOP and EAP and implement all safety procedures and have a valid NPLQ qualification.
Multi Activity instructors lead our Archery and Motorsports activities on camp which the children love! We provide in house training so staff can lead fun and safe sessions confidently on camp. You will be working with all age groups so your days working with us will be varied and you gain great childcare experience.
